We're so sorry to hear that you are not happy with your Dribbles “n” Wiggles order. We want you to be 100% satisfied, that is why we offer returns on all orders!
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
If you would like to return your order, please contact us using the form below within 14 days of the delivery date.
In order for us to process your return; Item(s) must still be in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, hair-free and mud-free), packaged in its original packaging and a slip with your order number must be included inside.
**Original postage will not be refunded and the returns postage will be deducted off any refund, unless an item arrives damaged or faulty (in which case we will require photographic evidence).
If you choose to return your order using normal untracked delivery, then please ensure you get proof of postage, otherwise we cannot be held responsible if your order goes missing on its return.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from when we have receive your order. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 business days.
